We have a network of 20 wokstations and I am looking for ways to automate repetative tasks that need to be performed on each workstation individually.

Can I use Puppet enterprise to manage our Windows desktop computers?

Yes, you can use Puppet Enterprise to manage Windows workstations.

A quick search shows that there are almost 100 modules that list Windows compatibility on the Puppet Forge that you can use to make it easier to manage Windows.

Thanks for the answer. My confusion arises due to the following: Puppet Enterprise 3.3 makes it easier to install the software and bring nodes under management, expands the list of supported modules, and extends platform support to Red Hat Enterprise http://puppetlabs.com/puppet/whats-new
