The install failed on the below:

./utilities: line 1576: /etc/yum.repos.d/puppet-enterprise-installer.repo: Read-only file system

What is the issue? The permission are full...

Has your /etc filesystem been mounted read-only on your system? If so, that will prevent anything from modifying files inside of that directory tree, including the Puppet installer.

Can you run a simple command like "touch /etc/foobar" successfully?

It would be also useful to see the output of the command /bin/mount.
