Unable to connect puppet master via browser to complete installation

I am using an EC2 Centos6.5 Linux server for puppet master installation, it gave me an URL but iam unable to connect even though i opened all the ports as below.

How did you get port 4567 configured as the TCP port during the installation process? By default, it should be port 3000. If you log into the Puppet master node, what is the output of the following commands?

netstat -an | grep tcp | grep 3000
netstat -an | grep tcp | grep 4567

It works now. I stopped iptables and selinux it worked like a charm. Thank you
