How do I change visudo?

I am using Capistrano to deploy my code, but it requires me to change the visudo to give the deploy user special sudo rights.

How do I go about adding lines to visudo via puppet? I haven't been able to find anything!

You might want to have a look at the augeas resource in Puppet, because it has the ability to parse the /etc/sudoers file (and many others).

This page has some information about modifying the sudoers file: http://www.redbottledesign.com/blog/how-control-etcsudoers-file-puppet-and-augeas

If you search for augeas sudoers, you'll find a lot of articles related to managing that file.
