my site.pp file /etc/puppet/manifests# nano site.pp node 'puppet-agent' { include sudo }

and my module is in this path /etc/puppet/modules/sudo/manifests# nano init.pp

my module:

class sudo { package { 'sudo': ensure => present, } if $::osfamily == 'Ubuntu' { package { 'sudo-ldap': ensure => present, require => Package['sudo'], } } file { '/etc/sudoers': owner => 'root', group => 'root', mode => '0440', source => "puppet://$::server/modules/sudo/etc/sudoers", require => Package['sudo'], } }

1# Please use formatting, so your text's get properly wrapped

2# Ensure use hostname correctly as fqdn

node 'puppet-agent' <- ensure you used full fqdn here`

Use $ facter fqdn for correct input

3# Also you can use debug or verbose run test at client end for further troubleshooting

  puppet agent -t --onetime --no-daemonize --verbose --noop

  puppet agent -t --onetime --no-daemonize --debug --noop
