Icons and Images not appearing in Dashboard

I am installig puppet dashboard, it is working fine when i switch to the default puppet-dashoboard service, while under apache and passenger, when i access through web, i am getting something like that ( attached in the image). image description

In your browser, see if you can display a list of the image assets that the page is trying to load or just look at the source for the page. Try to load an individual image URL into your browser window and see what happens. Assuming it doesn't display, then go to your web server error log file and see what error it reports.

It sounds like you need to configure Apache to serve a certain URL pattern where the images can be found, and then it should work.

in httpd.conf you must add:

Order allow,deny Allow from all
