I could do this by one command, foreman-installer I followed this: http://www.theforeman.org/manuals/1.9... http://techarena51.com/index.php/usin...

Basically the foreman installer does everything, and you see a nice message such as this: [root@puppet ~]# foreman-installer Installing Done [100%] [...........................................................................................................................] Success! * Foreman is running at https://puppet.kartikv.com Initial credentials are admin / UNeKLNzjzhEQZ9xJ * Foreman Proxy is running at https://puppet.kartikv.com:8443 * Puppetmaster is running at port 8140 The full log is at /var/log/foreman-installer/foreman-installer.log [root@puppet ~]#

i wouldnt recommend doing it via command line. get puppet to install it - this will provide you with more control and enable you to scale / roll out to numerous nodes if needed - which is why you're using puppet..

use puppet-foreman-module
