I've noticed puppet apply adds domain name to the hostname. Why is this? It messes up with the certificate.

[drm@TOCWgfi4IC etc]$ hostname

[drm@TOCWgfi4IC etc]$ puppet apply /lumberjack_conf/manifests/init.pp Notice: Compiled catalog for tocwgfi4ic.bcp.tag.bnn in environment production in 0.32 seconds

The certname is set to the $::fqdn fact by default. $::fqdn is a combination of $::hostname and $::domainname by default.
