help with puppet error - Temporary failure with name resolution

Hi, I'm currently attempting to set up a puppet master and a puppet agent, so far I have them both running and can ping one to the other both ways but cant connect the agent to the master. this is the error message I am receiving, any help would be much appreciated.

puppet agent --test

Seems like an name resolution issue? Both system( master & agent ) able to communicate using their FQDN? You can add their FQDN on /etc/hosts file if you don't/won't bother to use DNS server.

Thanks for the help, I created a host file and added the master and agent FQGN's, I've now managed to successfully connect the master and agent,
