When I'm trying to compile my manifests which use your module I receive the following error:

# puppet master --compile --environment master
Error: Could not autoload puppet/parser/functions/ip_address: cannot load such file -- puppetx/ip

# puppet agent --test
Error: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 400 on SERVER: Evaluation Error: Error while evaluating a Function Call, Could not autoload puppet/parser/functions/ip_address: no such file to load -- puppetx/ip at /etc/puppetlabs/code/environments/master/modules/foo/templates/bar.epp:25:13 on node ...

Do you have any clues how to solve this?

I run on Debian 8.2 with puppet 4.3.2 from the puppetlabs repos.

Thank you in advance!

The Repo is here:

Any ideas?

The immediate problem is that Puppet simply can't find a file it needs; this is telling you the line numbers:

So have a look at line 25.

Basically, it looks like you haven't set up your Puppet Master correctly, with modules, code, files etc not in the right locations. I also suspect you're confused about what an "environment" is too. People don't normally have an environment "master", but more like "dev", "test", "staging", "prod" etc. If you really have an environment "master", I'd consider renaming it so as to be less confusing.

That said, I see the code you're using ( is quite a non-standard Puppet set up. You may need to ask the author of that code for help, or consider using something else.
