doesnt support installation from command line error setup.exe for windows sdk

could you guys help with this problem. I was trying to run quiet installation of windows sdk but it doesn't allow me to. Is there a way to do it.

This becomes easy with puppet and chocolatey, a windows package manager. You don't specify version you're looking at, so looking at chocolatey's site for the first match we find Then the package manifest for puppet becomes:

package{'windows-sdk-8.1': ensure=> present, provider => 'chocolatey', }

I need the version 7.1 and my server is not connected to the internet to connect it to chocolatey

Most folks never use Chocolatey's community repository, they create their own internal packages that they host on their internal package repository - see for more details.

James was just providing an example you can build off of. I would ask that you separate the community package repository from the idea of Chocolatey - see and especially (hosting).
