e.g.:

schedule { 'maintenance - forenoon' :
        range   => "10:20 - 11:40",
    }

schedule { 'maintenance - midday' :
        range   => "12:20 - 13:40",
    }

file { 'test' :
        ensure  => 'file',
        path    => '/etc/nginx/conf.d/vhosts/www',
        content => "foo",
        notify  => Service['nginx'],
        schedule    => midday AND forenoon
    }

OR

schedule { 'maintenance :
        range   => "10:20 - 11:40", "12:20 - 13:40",
    }

file { 'test' :
        ensure  => 'file',
        path    => '/etc/nginx/conf.d/vhosts/www',
        content => "foo",
        notify  => Service['nginx'],
        schedule    => "maintanance",
    }

You might be if you pass an Array.

file { 'test' :
        ensure  => 'file',
        path    => '/etc/nginx/conf.d/vhosts/www',
        content => "foo",
        notify  => Service['nginx'],
        schedule    => ['maintenance-midday', 'maintenance-forenoon'] ,
    }
