list resources based on a specific parameter value

I would like to create an array of resource titles. The resource titles should all come from a list of resources that have a specific value for a certain parameter.

The resources are created based on a hash I have in a yaml file. To list these resources I could use a resource collector Type<| parameter == 'value' |> But then I'm kind of stuck. How to use this list and create an array with all the resource titles in it.

This array would then later be used as the value for a parameter in another resource.

Am I on the right track, or is there a better way of handling this kind of situations?

No, you can't use a resource collector as a value except for ordering. If it would be possible, PP had to run several times through the catalog until a variable value – your desired array – doesn't change anymore. Anyway, what's your application for this? Maybe there's some other approach for this.

We are trying to configure an application server with some managed servers and a JMS queue. Managed server all have a type. If one of the managed servers has a type that is not the standard type, that server should be added to the target list of the JMS queue (this can be done via an array).
