How to install puppet agents on multiple machine via one single script.

I have 500+ linux RedHat machine that I need to install Puppet agents on.. Any script that I can use or tools, I appreciate all the input

There are several different ways of doing it, from a 'clusterssh' style setup, using a tool like ansible to achieve similar results, or using something like 'kickstart' or cloud-init if you are provisioning them from scratch

Hi Ken, some of the machines has Puppet 2, all my machines has linux 5,6 and 7-- I emailed you but I have not heard back. Thx

Also, you could use or be inspired by, which you could call as a part of your bootstrap operation, or fork and modify for your environment if you are behind firewalls or not able to access those same endpoints

The Bulk Agent Install module provides some tooling to help bootstrap the agent install process across a large number of nodes.
