Puppet 4 Open Source End of Life (EOL)

I'm trying to find out when Puppet 4 goes end of life. Red Hat Satellite 6.3 now supports Puppet 4 but I want to convince my team to dump the Satellite 6/Puppet integration and go with a separate Puppet 5 server for configuration management.

Is there a table that shows what Puppet Enterprise versioning relates to Puppet Open Source versioning?

And the list of Puppet Open Source components in recent PE releases can be found in the PE docs:

The 2016.4 Long Term Support releases are the only PE builds currently shipping components from Open Source Puppet 4. That means that updates to the Open Source Puppet 4 components will likely stop when the 2016.4 LTS hits end of life in October 2018.
