Future parser introduced in 3.2, but not stable in 3.3?

I want to implement the $SomeArrayOrHash.foreach {|$x| #do stuff with $x } block as introduced with parser = future in 3.2 +

My system is 3.3, but we still need to turn on 'parser = future' to make use of this - what's the time line for including this in the normal parser?

I had a browse around the documentation but didn't notice any timeline..

There doesn't appear to be a firm timeline based on the contents of the announcement earlier this year:

Eric said the experimental parser will remain so until the Puppet developer and UX team can gather community feedback, and learn how it interacts with all the Puppet manifests already out in the wild:

"We're curious not just about how the parser works specifically with new constructs, but how it works with the existing body of Puppet code."
