puppet-rundeck error with PE 3.x: require 'puppet' didn't work. How to fix? [closed]

Can I please get some help from ruby/puppet developers? I was trying to maintain puppet-rundeck and got following bug report. I'm not a Ruby programmer at all, but I would appreciate any advice.

report (original issue on github): I am running puppet enterprise 3 and needed to install ruby, install the plugin and copy the puppet ruby modules to this ruby version.

 [root@master3 gems]# puppet-rundeck -c /etc/puppetlabs/puppet/puppet.conf  
 You need to have Puppet 0.25.5 or later installed
 /usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/puppet-rundeck-0.0.7/lib/puppet-rundeck.rb ...

Update: I think that the reason of this issue is not the missing method, but the missing puppet module in the statement require 'puppet'. Is that correct?

Can you check to make sure you are invoking puppet-rundeck with the Ruby interpreter installed with PE? It should be located in /opt/puppet/bin/ruby.
