Can you add or remove a module on the Puppet Enterprise Console (on the GUI, not on the cli)

I want to look at the contents and structure of a forge module. I want to be able to easily add or remove it using the Enterprise Console. Is this possible. I don't want it to affect my eventual deployment so I want to make sure it is going to be completely gone if I want.

No, it's not possible using the GUI. Best way to inspect modules would be to download from the forge/github and look at the files on your workstation, not the puppet master.

To install a module on a puppet server you should ideally be using a Puppetfile - lookup puppet control repositories and roles and profiles for more information. The CLI puppet module install can also install modules if your not using code manager/filesync.

You also can browse most modules from the 'Project URL' link on the module on the forge, that means you can browse the code before downloading it.
