how do I install module puppetlabs/cloud_provisioner ?

I'm trying to install puppetlabs/cloud_provisioner and as I dont have conecction to the net I need to do it by hand.

But after the build when I try to install it, I get this,

/tmp/puppetlabs-cloud_provisioner-1.0.5/pkg> sudo puppet module install ./puppetlabs-cloud_provisioner-1.0.5.tar.gz
Notice: Preparing to install into /etc/puppet/modules ...
Notice: Downloading from https://forge.puppetlabs.com ...
Error: Could not connect to https://forge.puppetlabs.com
  There was a network communications problem
    The error we caught said '407 "Proxy Authentication Required"'
    Check your network connection and try again

It looks like this is a known bug. It looks like a fix has been created, but that it has not been pulled into the core. You might try applying the fix to your install.

Besides that I should be able to install it directly from source without a inet connection....
