RDO - Puppet dependency

I tried to deploy RDO on my RHEL server. It seems that I am not able to install Puppet from the packstack --allinone command.

When I try to install Puppet manually, it said it is in conflict with the RDO rpm.

I am new to Linux. Do I need to setup a "config" file somewhere in the system to tell Linux where to get the Puppet module before trying to deploy packstack? I think in Ubuntu there is the /etc/apt/sources.list file.

Thanks and have a nice weekend,
