Windows Agent Nodes do not appear in Live Management Console

I have set up a Windows Agent node which I can see from the Puppet Enterprise Console, but cannot see from the Live Management Tab. I have also tried running "mco ping" from the master which returns data for the Linux servers but nothing is returned for the Windows Server.

After reviwing other entries I have checked the clocks on each server which are synchronised and made edits to the hosts files but I have had no success.

Is there anything else I can check?

The Puppet Master is running version 3.0.1 and the Windows Agent is running 3.1.0

I have now resolved this issue. I upgraded the Puppet Master to 3.1.0 as part of my first attempt to fix the problem - but this did not make any difference. The problem was caused by the mtu settings on the Network Interface of both the Linux and and Windows servers. I switched off the jumbo package settings for both servers (reducing both to 1500) and reinstalled the puppet Agent code. After the certificates had been signed and a puppet agent run was completed the windows server were visible from the console and the Live Management tab.

Thanks for posting your solution Brian. I have checked on my environment, and `ifconfig` on master and `netsh int ip show int` on windows nodes both give 1500.
