Does the puppet-dashboard user require a shell?

I am tightening security on a server and noticed that while most Puppet Enterprise users have 'nologin' or 'false' shells, the puppet-dashboard user has a 'bash' shell.

Does it need a login shell, or can it be changed to 'nologin' or 'false'?

According to http://docs.puppetlabs.com/pe/latest/install_what_and_where.html only the peadmin user needs a login shell.
