Using a reverse proxy with PuppetDB

The PuppetDB instruction page mentions that you can connect standalone puppet nodes to puppetdb if you use a SSL Proxy and removed the SSL settings from the jetty.ini file. http://docs.puppetlabs.com/puppetdb/1.5/connectpuppetapply.html I have tried this multiple times and never succeeded. Is there a sample vhost I could reference?

This is what I am currently using for my PuppetDB in a Masterless environment.

Listen 8081

<VirtualHost _default_:8081>
  ErrorLog logs/ssl_error_log
  TransferLog logs/ssl_access_log
  LogLevel warn

  SSLEngine on
  SSLProtocol all -SSLv2
  SSLCipherSuite ALL:!ADH:!EXPORT:!SSLv2:RC4+RSA:+HIGH:+MEDIUM:+LOW
  SSLCertificateFile /etc/pki/tls/certs/localhost.crt
  SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/pki/tls/private/localhost.key

  ProxyRequests off
  ProxyPreserveHost on
  ProxyPass / http://localhost:8080/
  ProxyPassReverse / http://localhost:8080/
</VirtualHost>
