I am attempting to use the puppetlabs-mongodb module to setup a standalone MongoDB server. As I understand it, I need to set the bind ip to 0.0.0.0 for my web server to be able to access it. However the documentation is unclear as to how I would do this. Could someone please provide an example?

According to the documentation, you can pass an array of IP addreses to the bind_ip parameter on mongodb::server, so your class instantiation would look something like this:

class { 'mongodb::server':
  bind_ip => ['0.0.0.0'],
}
