We needed to perform some network changes - change the IP address of puppet master. But agent running on the same machine is replying to: puppet agent --test with

Warning: Unable to fetch my node definition, but the agent run will continue: Warning: Error 400 on SERVER: Could not retrieve facts for puppetmaster.localdomain: Failed to find facts from PuppetDB at puppetmaster.localdomain:8081: Connection refused - connect(2)

Do I need to resend certificate or something like that?

Restart didn't help.

This looks like a DNS problem. Probably you need to update your DNS so that new IP address points to puppetmaster
