Hi All,

I am new to puppet and linux env. I need help in completing exercise "Apache" on CentOS vm appliance . I have created a class which follows package/file/service. It is not able to start the service. It is not starting even outside puppet

service httpd start throws the error " cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/mod_file_cache.so into server".

Any help appreciated.

Not a Puppet problem if it doesn't work from the command line. You'll need to figure out what is wrong with Apache.

modfilecache.so is a plugin for apache.

Since you are just doing the training, you likley can remove references to this module inside the httpd.conf file.

LoadModule cache_module modules/mod_cache.so
