The best I could do was creating a cron.hourly that does /etc/init.d/puppet restart and puppetd -t -v -w 60 Is there a way to force all clients to catch the catalog from puppetmaster? Like, I just changed something and I want all my clients to download those changes.

If you use MCollective you can use that to cause Puppet agents to do a run outside of their normal schedule.

There is also the puppet kick option that would work as well - however, it has been deprecated and will be removed in Puppet 4.

I tried puppet kick, but I had problems :/ and MCollective seems like a big set of tools for just one thing I'll try puppet kill for now, thanks for the advice
