What is the recommended disk size for a puppet master?

The documentation that I've found for minimum requirements for a puppetmaster doesn't seem to say anything about the disk size.

We are developing a new network with currently 30 nodes, expected to have about 50 nodes. How bug should I expect the database to grow?

We're currently using 42G, even after pruning reports over a month old. (Compressed database dumps are about 1.5G!) Is this normal?

This heavily depends on the different components that you run. The master itself takes just a couple of megabytes. Do you run PuppetDB, Foreman, Puppet Dashboard or Puppet Enterprise Console ...(more)

We run the Enterprise Console.

There is no “recommended” disk size.

I supervise puppet servers, where 1.8, 11 and 12 Gigabytes of disk space is used and the latter one also hosts foreman. They manage in increasing order more clients. Indeed 42G seems quite unusual but possible – I have no idea – maybe by having many frequently changing facts and/or resources.
