New to puppet, read documentation but couldn't find much about this... I used to run non enterprise puppet for few nodes, maintaining manifests etc. Now trying the enterprise version I have noticed that every host by default gets loads of files created by puppet plugins i.e. pe_mcollective??

Is this correct or is there a problem with my catalog on the master? Thanks,

Log below:

notice Finished catalog run in 18.84 seconds Puppet 2014-03-25 19:00 UTC notice created /Stage[main]/Pemcollective::Server/File[/var/log/pe-mcollective/mcollective-audit.log]/ensure /opt/puppet/share/puppet/modules/pemcollective ... (more)

By default there is only one stage (named “main”). All resources are automatically associated with this stage unless explicitly assigned to a different one. If you do not use run stages, every resource is in the main stage.

I am not sure because I never used puppet enterprise just open source but I guess that is default in puppet enterprise main stage because from the result the module stay in /opt/puppet/share/puppet/modules/pemcollective/manifests/server.pp probably was't you that wrote that :D.
